Experts: Ban Won't Stop Online Gambling
NEW YORK (AP) -- Gamblers may look over their shoulder now, but experts say a new Internet gambling ban won't keep bettors from ponying up, just turn them on to overseas payment services out of the law's reach.

I'm no expert, but I am a little concern about the money the El Cortez of Las Vegas owes me. It was legal for them to mail my money back to me when they received my winning gambling ticket. But as of now it is illegal to mail the winning money back to me. Have not seen the money yet. Under the circumstances I suppose I should let them have more time to figure this one out. Won't be surprise if I receive a letter from them stating the money will be held at their casino for up to one year and that I must collect it in person.
